I am sorry that you had to go through such misery. Do not ever get stuck in one of these contracts. Customer service if you want to call it that is absolutely awful. We have sold our house and are moving out of the city. It has been impossible to have anyone call us about cancelling our account. They make you leave a message and promise to call you back the next business day only to never receive the call back.

Two people I know from this company also have not been paid so far. You will then be going around in circles for ages and when you ask to speak with the guy who pays people he won't be available to speak to you and you will constantly get frustrated. We did not cancel because our bill came after 10 days passed. My dad signed a contract for water heater at the door in January 8th 2018 and today I got a bill for tankless water heater. The saleperson said the amount for monthly payment will be covered by a credit which is not true. He claimed the water heater is old and if anything happened to the reliance old water heater they will not able to fix it.
We signed, then somebody called to confirm the new price and we were supposed to get another call within 10 days to do the final confirmation. We called OCHS and all they are saying is that they are not responsible for what all those guys were telling us, they are the contractors, and we confirmed the price . How could we know that the cancellation of the previous contracts were also a scam.

Called customer service to get a technician out. And that's when we realized we have a problem. The technical support person is in India and was not familiar with our model. Had no idea how to help so "escalated" the case to be SCHEDULED for a home visit. We have to wait for 48 hours TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE CALL. So nice to have great services from these guys.
I made a mistake by getting a product with them. Didn’t show up for several service calls without even a phone call. Didn’t honour price freeze even though it’s in writing and won’t return calls.
